The Joshua David Gardner Memorial Scholarship Endowment announced recently that Ms. LaToria Dixon a graduate of Frederick Douglass High School in Atlanta GA as the 2010 Joshua David Gardner Memorial Scholarship winner.  This fall, Ms. Dixon will begin her collegiate studies at Spelman College as an English major.
